β β β β β Chanced upon this clinic online and called to enquire regarding keloid treatment. Dr. David Loh is very approachable and friendly, professional and upfront. Will definitely visit the clinic again for other treatments when needed in future! Highly recommended for the professional service.

β β β β β Being recommended by a colleague here. I was utterly disappointed. I have had my lip fillers done by Dr. Phoon. Entering the treatment room, not introducing herself, entire process, I was not being alerted what is going on. I am utterly disappointed to find out after the treatment, during the payment I was charged more than I expected, because Dr. Phoon had 2 syringes for my lips without informing me during the treatment. Whatsapp officer is also not responsive to enquiries. Every treatment the patient has every rights to know what is going on before any disputes occur after treatment. I am unhappy and certainly will not recommend this aesthetic clinic!

β β β β β Dr David Loh, has agreed with me during the preliminary cheeks, lips and chin to splash.
He demanded a high price. During the splash he has not used anesthesia so that I have suffered a circulatory collapse. He has sprayed everywhere just a little pure so that you can not see anything and immediately collected the whole amount. This is a fraud. It has caused me circulatory problems and the lips not finished spraying. The cheeks pulled off a little and almost 1700 SGD from my Credit card. He promised me to do more as possible and to be carefull. But he is a conman and impostor. He cheek me. He played with my health and cashed my money. And nothing paid back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN

β β β β β I have been going to David Loh surgery clinic for 5 years now, Dr Phoon is amazing, she has great eye and great hands and always make you look your best. If you ask for something and she thinks it will not look good, she will tell you and propose something else. She also never overdoes it.
The staff is amazing, especially Sammie, who is always here to help!
I trust the team completely and cannot recommend them enough
