★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my Pico laser with Dr.Tan and Dr.Adrian at Novena outlet, they are professional and nice. There is some improvement on my pigmentation time by time. Other than that, the staffs there are very friendly.
Highly recommended to those who have skin concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing my treatment at Novena by Dr. Adrian. I did Fractional Laser, Rejuran healer and carbon laser. The services is good and the clinic is clean. unlike other clinic is that they don't hard sell their package. this is what I am afraid of as I always think consumers have the right to choose how they want to pay for their service. i am totally satisfied and will come back as my skin also improves.

I have quite a fair bit of freckles and pigmentation but after the few sessions here, I did see improvements in my skin condition & the skin looks brighter and less dull now. While laser can help enhance the complexion, aftercare is also very important. Appreciate the constant reminders from the staff on the aftercare after every session. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ started coming to V medical Aesthetics and Laser Clinic Novena branch since December to do Co2 laser treatment. Staff are friendly and cheerful making every visit very relaxing and enjoyable. After my 3rd session, my skin has improved tremendously. It is brighter. Pigmentations are lighter and pore size is smaller. I couldn’t wait to see the final result after i finish the whole treatment process!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the ambience and the skills of the doctors at Novena outlet. Look for Dr Tan, he is superb and always caring for his patients’ needs and concerns. The therapists and consultants here are very friendly and attentive especially Gigi. I cannot wait for the next appointment to see the results. One thing for improvement is to avoid promote new service every time I visit,it can be quite daunting

The staff are all very friendly. Special mention Queenie, who is very helpful and assisted me with my request.
The treatments are reasonably priced and their promotion packages are attractive. I like Dr Tan. He is very precise, patient and confident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to v clinic novena 3 times already, overall customer experience is very satisfying. I have acne scar for 10 over years. I went for the co2 laser treatment. For only 2 times of treatment, I feel the improvement is very visible and fast.
When I look into the mirror, I feel my face is much smoother and firm. The cost of treatment is very affordable for the help they given.
Stephanie at novena also very helpful, and friendly. She will only recommend the things i need. I feel very confident and trust in her when she attend to my treatment.
Highly recommended for people with scaring problem from acne.
