Good service by Jamie, a very skillful beautician and she did her job with passion. No pushy on sales. Ive been frequenting this clinic for the past 10months for facial and OPT services. Price for their services are reasonable too.

I deeply regret visiting this clinic, and I urge potential customers to think twice before coming here, too. I got Botox in my forehead at the recommendation of the clinic staff, and it was such a botched job. Post-Botox, my eyelids began to swell very seriously, which also caused my eyebrows to become uneven. Imagine Garfield but worse — I looked and felt like a mess. Almost 2 months in, my eyelids remain swollen and I am currently visiting another clinic just to reduce the swelling. I spoke to the clinic staff about this, and she could only say it was "unexpected" and tried to compensate me with another package. I question the experience and skill of the doctor who did the Botox. The doctor behaved in an unprofessional manner from the get-go. He was more than an hour late on two separate occasions and was not the slightest bit apologetic when he finally arrived. You would expect a doctor to inform their patient about possible side effects, aftercare, etc. without the patient having to ask, but he did not. I had to constantly prompt him for explanation/answers - for literally every question I asked the doctor, I received only one short line or simply a smile in response (which was basically no response). It made me feel like he was not sure about what he was going to do. Well, I should have trusted my gut then. I had agreed to do Botox to rid myself of wrinkle concerns and look better, but due to the doctor's lack of skill and wrong judgement, ended up paying for a huge downgrade, pain, trouble and inconveniences instead. I had posted my review on this clinic's Facebook page prior to this, and their response was appalling. Not only were they completely unapologetic, they also thought it would be a good idea to put the blame on me, make assumptions about me, and worst of all, tell blatant lies — all to protect their reputation. I quote one line from their response: "...a good experienced doctor is much sought after in many clinics, and as much as we try to plan the appointment timing, the doctor will be held up at times by procedures and other patients in other clinics." They did not even bother with a "sorry" and instead, said such a shameless thing. The time of their "good experienced doctor" is precious; what about mine? I quote a second line from their response: "...all faces are not symmetrical including eyebrows, and it has been already explained to this reviewer with before after photos. There is always a slight chance of bruising from any injection which will recover." Lies, lies, lies. Nothing of that sort was explained to me; what they claimed happened, never happened. I can agree that not all faces are symmetrical, but mine certainly became messed up after the Botox. It has been almost 2 months; if they insist that the swelling was caused by "bruising...which will recover", how long more must I wait? If it was not a botched job, why did the clinic staff say it was "unexpected" and tried to offer compensation? I asked them the same questions and until now, they have not been able to provide an answer. This clinic was certainly 'confident' when they first responded to my review but are now pretending to be 'dead' after I questioned them and exposed them for lying. Potential customers, please beware.

First visited MMT Aesthetics 8 months ago through a friend's recommendation and I've been going back for my regular treatment ever since. Each treatment session was pleasant and suited for my skin. Highly recommend the GT wine therapy as I can see the instant glow right after the treatment. Jamie is very patient and consultative. Thank you and keep up the good work!
