★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at the branch, had trouble entering. 2 of the staff opened door and looked me up and down and asked very patronisingly if i was a dbs treasures member (i am). Today i learned what it feels like to be looked down upon. Service industry people (really any person) should not treat others with such snobbery and lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forty minute wait to open accounts for my child (am an existing customer). Over an hour for the person to actually open the account. She screwed it up and called me after I'd left the area and I had to go back to sign more forms. I had to skip lunch and miss a meeting afterwards - absolutely dire experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1 hour for a staff to attend to me today. All because my RM was uncontactable and I had to go down personally. Not even a bottle of water was served. A stark contrast to the Bt Timah branch which unfortunately was closed down. My thanks to Ms Yi Zhen though for her help. This center definitely needs upgrading in service and class to match Takashimaya location. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing staff here. Found a seat and was immediately approached by the staff to ask what drink I fancied.
Coffee and tea came with Swiss bake cookies which was just delightful. Also, Free Wifi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another DBS Treasure lounge.... this is one of the larger lounges but the quality needs to be upgraded. UOB and OCBC are definitely ahead in this area.
The plus point is this lounge in open on weekends! Free drinks, anyone?!

1. Long wait
2. Very unprofessional old lady, she couldn’t understand the point of questions.
3. It looks like this lady doesn’t want to do any work but just relax.
4. Poor attitude! This old lady didn’t even say a simple “ how are you “ or “ how can I help you” . Totally uneducated person.
Worst bank and worst branch. I will definitely terminate my treasure account.
Actually I have never received any service from DBS Treasure account team. The name “Treasure “ itself is a joke.
