C	Christina Nicole Poh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt in service only when dishes are being served... After they served all the dishes, you don't see them coming in - to top up the tea/ ask if require anything ? (probably rushing off for the break!!) Overall food not bad. Thank you chefs ?
F	Flo Yeow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally found this Paradise so much better than the one at Ion, although Ion is supposed to be the more expensive shopping mall. This outlet is near ABC Studio and Lululemon at Ngee Ann City, in case you walk over to the other side where Imperial is at. Service is sufficient, especially the captains' ability to anticipate what we need. Many a times, the trainees weren't able to give us what we need, or have very awkward service gaps. Maybe it's the mask maybe it's how we enunciated our words. Just look out for those in suits or jackets. Food is good. Definitely much better than the outlet at Ion. Although the menu is similar, I was actually quite impressed by what we had here at Takashimaya. The soups were especially mind-blowing, and the dim sum was way nicer. Chef is apparently from HK. Overall enjoyed myself here. Had a slight difficulty finding the restaurant but beyond that, all good!

The male servers were not attentive, despite ordering add on items on 2 occasions, both times have to recheck with the female servers again and found it was not added on. When serving desserts by the male server, no utensils were given nor change of soil plates on table, had to remind the server once for change of plate and it was literally just change of plate and no utensils given. Kudos to the female servers though. They made my bad experience better.

C	Cello Febrian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is good. service is prompt too. Biggest mistake of the day - ordered the yusheng which cost me $78! Captain said very good, must give a try. So silly of me... The yusheng is good for people who are diabetic. Not too sweet, ingredients are fresh, has abalone which I prefer salmon. That’s about it. The sauce failed terribly. Purpose is to go for dim sum, but dunno why I end up ordering yusheng! Maybe saw other table ordered it, since captain recommended, just give a try. Dim sum was not bad. Acceptable, except the char siew bun base very hard, tried the same version at other restaurants, base suppose to be soft. The filling inside too sweet for me.
L	Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paradise Teochew, another signature of the paradise group. Dishes were average but the duck in casserole was really great. I had the fried mee sua which I felt was too greasy and was not up to par with the usual paradise standard, I could have gotten better at the restaurant near my place. Drinks menu was not present and the staff had no idea how much the drinks were. I’m not rich. This was disappointing. Additionally the ordering process was too messy, the drinks server and the waitress were taking my order at the same time. They could have taken the drinks order when I was seated. However they did not. The cup that was on my table was also dirty. If something so obvious came out of the kitchen god knows what else could have ended up in the meal. Credit would be given when it’s due, the ambience was great, table was setup properly and the nice napkin used was a nice touch. The Apple tea was also fragrant and pleasant to wash down the grease.
R	Rachel Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience as the restaurant faces the lush greenery behind Taka. Food quality is nice. The Lushui is quite delicious (a little bit sweet though). Dim sum is of ok quality. Downside: service is merely there as the staff keeps chasing us out. We booked a table online without any conditions but when we were there we were told to have dining limit of 1.5 hr. When we try to add on dishes, the staff keeps reminding us of our dining time limit.
L	Leoz G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience and great service. Comes with free tea as appetizer. Recommend the Siew Mai n the custard bun was not bad too. Prawn & Mango roll was too sweet due to the salad sauce. For chives fans, the Pan-Fried Prawn & Chives dumpling was one of the best I’ve had. As we ordered Honey Pork Bun & Pastry for takeaway, we waited quite some time. The staff ran out when the food was ready. Appreciate it. Thanks!
