Although I also bought watches from other Sincere outlets, Mr Lim still remains professional and values me as a customer.
I could see great teamwork amongst his colleagues too. Whenever a staff secured a deal, the other staff would render help like removing excess links and packing the item. Highly recommended!

He is super professional, kind and patient in listening and answering my questions, as well as sharing many interesting stories and his experiences. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the boutique for a casual viewing with a friend and was expecting the store to be another snobbish high end luxury watch store similar to some other ones in Singapore, but was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and professional hospitality given.
The staff (unfortunately did not get her name) not only made us feel relaxed and comfortable despite not purchasing a watch, but was more than happy to share her passion and knowledge of the brands they carry. Information that you cannot google easily.
Another great thing about the store is that they carry many independent, haute watch brands that you don't often see outside of the internet. Excellent destination for watch enthusiasts!

Throughout the process, I was attended to by Ms. Samantha Chow. She was very professional and prompt, providing good suggestions and mock-ups for the engraving. The in-store collection was also good, everything was explained thoroughly. I am very impressed with the service provided, considering that most of it was done online. The end product made the receiver extremely happy. I would definitely recommend checking out the online service for those who are busy.
