★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Very proactive service men. Sent SMS us to inform us the time when they would come. Explained the issues and ways to maintained the AC including the remote control. Was surprised that they wiped our floor after cleaning. They even cleaned the dirt in the bathroom drainage hole after done washing the AC cover and netting.
