★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Searched for 3 quotes and found this company to be the cheapest. However, I didn't open the sealed plastic wrap to check the bathtub, and my installer discovered a crack near the bottom! Also, do arrange for earliest possible delivery to buffer time for wrong models delivered too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, sales girl commented guys should be generous when I asked her if there can be more discounts since I am getting so much, why is there gender discrimination and guys should pay more? Very rude. When I commented to get some items in jb, sales girl commented I maybe missing some screws, extremely unprofessional to make such comments in front of customers.

1. Attentive staff whom know their stuff well and able to make approperiate recommendations.
2. not pushy and u can take ur time to choose.
3. reasonable pricing.
4. after sales services also prompt and helpful. didnt buy installation services for my heater, but still provide consultation to my contractor when theres issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is not very big but they do have quite a wide range for selection for bath accessories. The sales assistance named Tenn was very helpful and gave very practical recommendation. If you buy a lot, they can give better price. Bathroom sinks price are better than elsewhere. Can give them the model to check pricing. Good service overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ID / contractor has a relationship with this shop. She told me to buy from them because it’s easy for her to coordinate on all the renovation appliance installations. Overall they could order most of the things on my wish list. However the prices quoted were super high. I had to shop around to find the lowest price to price match with them. In the end she sold most of the items based on cheaper prices I found in the market but it was all a bargaining exercise. Why can’t they just quote a fair price to begin with? After sales service is not that good. I had a problem with a water heater purchased here after just 2 years and they told me just buy a new one and the price was double what I originally paid. Sales people aren’t so eager and not so helpful. I have walked in a few times after my purchase and they didn’t really help. I spent well over 20,000 here and they didn’t give me good service. I felt pressured to buy from them because they are friends with my ID and presumably there could be some kind of kick backs or commissions behind the scene. Look elsewhere for good customer service.
