I frequently visit Bedok mall Watsons. On my recent visit I went to share the feedback of Watsons Neon Plasters. I was dissatisfied with this plaster because it comes off immediately, which did not serve the purpose of a plaster/band aid. As soon as I went to the cashier and said that I'm not happy with this product, the Assistant store manager - Randy jumped in from the next counter and asked when did I buy it (couple of weeks ago - I answered) and that I must produce a receipt (I understand the exchange and return policy). He did not bother to ask me what went wrong with the product nor was he willing to listen that I wasn't there to ask for refund or exchange but to share feedback about the product. He then went and grabbed the same product from shelf and asked me to pay for it (to which I said why would I buy the same product again?) Then he offered me to grab a $2 product to which I denied and explained him again that I'm not here for refund/exchange. He then gave me a piece of paper to leave my contact number and I left the two boxes of my neon plasters with him. Randy was outrightly RUDE, ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL and HIGHLY UNCOOPERATIVE !

I applaud you availing mask to the public despite limiting 1 per box. But please open a separate payment counter for non-mask purchases as you shouldn't expect your paying customer to join a 100 pax long queue who are paying primarily for masks. Thank you.

One of the lady staff is sooooo rude. I simply went up to her to ask a question because there was no one at the counter. There weren’t that many customer at that time so could say they weren’t that busy. When I approach the staff and said excuse me, she didn’t respond verbally but just pointed to her badge (tapping firmly with her finger a few times) which I was too shocked to react and read, and I thought she did that because she is verbally impaired, which I felt bad about. Then it turns out she can speak, she was just plainly rude because I said excuse me, asked a question and interrupted her. The management of this store should really look into their staff’s training and etiquette. Of course I would understand if they were busy or in the middle of something, I also don’t expect service/ store staffs must “please” customers’ every need, but this was just shocking to experience and left a very bad impression. Don’t think I will ever go back to this branch and will caution others of this staff (didn’t catch her name, she’s a older small stature lady).

I would like to feedback on the friendly & good service from Ms Lu Shanyan on 07.11.21 at Watson Bedok Mall. She was not Eucerin promoter but was helpful to explain. Finally I ended up purchase her products cos of her warmth smile. Keep it up your good work & thank you

I use the CapitaStar app to pay but I was not familiar with the procedure the cashier Malay lady was very impatient even though there were not many customers
