โ โ โ โ โ Ambience: located conveniently, a short 5min walk from Tiong bahru mrt. Surrounding area is relaxing. Reception is clean and cosy.
Service: great! Good facial products and service, the accompanying head and shoulder massage is good. Not pushy.
Cost/Value for money: Value for money. The products offered may not be as premium as other facial shops in town area but this is good enough for regular servicing.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there to use my fave voucher, the person who did my facial is pearlene/Pauline, didnt get her name clearly.
Extremely friendly And gentle, will chit chat with you and also educate you on your skin conditions.
She didnt sell me any of their products, she did propose to me what are the packages they have, and thats it, no hard-sell AT ALL.
Cant wait to go back for my second session :)

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a Fave voucher so it's my first time here. Pearlyn was my beautician and was very thorough with extraction. She was also very professional and informed me of the steps through out the facial. The prices are very reasonable and they currently have a promotion going on.
A very humble outfit so don't expect shopping mall fanciness - for what it provides I think is value for money.
