Also just tried the facial which left my face feeling fresh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today because of Fave first trial deal. The front desk clerk gave me attitude and was impatient when I did not understood what she was saying. Wax was always slightly too hot and made the experience very painful. My waxer was really nice and patient but when it was time to rip off the wax, she kept trying to find somewhere on the wax repetitively, which made the process hurt even more. In total, this waxing session lasted around 45-50 minutes. Overall, the service was okay and would not recommend :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great nail designs, therapists very pleasant. No hard selling. Bought a package with them. However, after a few sessions, I developed ingrown toenails which was very painful on two occasions with them. After seeing a doctor, it was mentioned that the ingrown toenails was caused by cutting too deeply at the edge of the nails. Also on one occasion the manicurist cut my cuticle till it bled and I had to inform them to be careful the next session. My helper who used one session of my package also had similar ingrown toenail problem as the lady similarly cut the edges too deeply. I had to see the podiatrist to manage my ingrown toenails. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a simple pedicure session because I wanted to have some 'ME' time. Place was clean, well maintained and they accommodated to my walk in request. However upon seating down the lady started to up sell alot of things. Even after I repeatedly say no she persisted to share and share. Really dislike this hard selling.
I visited on a separate occasion to enquire about facial, not even knowing my skin condition she started up selling the treatment.
The place is clean and service staff was professional. But prices are a bit steep and beware of persistent hard selling.
