There are 3 big developments in Dist 12, De Royale is the quietest compare to the other 2 projects which are next to the expressway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice freehold condo. Properly maintained. Nice swimming pool design. Convenient location. Easy to rent out and tenants all expats. Just the current available units are facing highway so very noisy. Need to wait long to get the right unit to be available.
