Brought 2 anklets, 1 of it broken after less than 2 days hence I have to sent it down for repair today and all I was given is a piece of junk paper and ask to wait!!

Purchased a silver chain from the store as a gift. Less than 2 months, the chain broke. Went back for a repair job which took two weeks to complete, which i feel was a long time for a simple repair!! Alas, it broke again! This time when the recipient was wearing it, right in front of me! She was casually flipping her hair and the chain snapped easily. It was so embarrassing to know that the gift came from me. Went back to request for a better repair job but was told it would cost me.??!! Shop attendant then stared blankly at me after saying the repairer needed to be paid, hence the fee. In my opinion, the repair would probably take a long time (as before) and another product failure would just be another embarrassing event. Would you pay to repair a defective/ bad quality product?

Person is really friendly... If you are planning to pierce your ears, I recommend you get it pierced there... The pain is decreased to the minimum as they use the thinnest needle that produces the least pain... Price is not bad...

I really happy and considered myself super lucky to have met the staff Winnie, a young girl. She is young yet very professional and very understanding. My chain necklace broken after wore “less than a week” due to the “fragile design”. One staff not allowed me to exchange even I keep explaining to her I was wearing less than a week. She just allowed to repair. But due to the design, that was totally not a good solution. What if break again and my pendant will drop and will lose for sure as should not be so lucky each time. Some times you will not even realised when the necklace break. So I decided to come back the next day and luckily I met Winnie. Thanks to Winnie as she is so helpful. I would like to give her more than 5 stars. I would suggest that the boss not to sell this kind of fragile design anymore :( Believed customer is paying not only for the design but also for the quality and hope can wear for many years :) The is a risk by losing beloved precious pendant due to a weak necklace.
