β β β β β 26Sept2020 jurong point. My whole day mood destroy by QB house hairdresser, because the hairdresser is totally deliberately to cut my hair in the opposite way to what i request her to cut. I dont know why she doing like this. I talk to her polite, I told to her my request and she also answer me "Oh, you want this..like this...like this..."(she totally understand what i say), then she totally doing this opposite way, this is the reason why I very angry, she TOTALLY did it on purpose. SAD......QB HOUSE

β β β β β There was once I visited the outlet, and the hairdressers were extremely rude and unkind. So after the hairdresser finished cutting the hair for the previous customer, she was happily chatting away with her colleague instead of ushering the next customer. When I walked over to her, she chided me for being impatient as she was still "cleaning" the work station. Extremely unprofessional.

β β β β β There are quite a few hair dressers in Jurong Point. QB House charges $12 and is $2 more expensive than other quick cut hair dressers around. But they constantly have good service and consistent cuts compared to the other $10/haircut outlets. So 4 stars for them.

β β β β β Usually go here for my haircut for convenience, $12 is a fair price but what I don't like is that there are inconsistency with their work and had even to the extent ruin my hair cut on one occasion (possibly due to the fact that the staff is new) but most of the time I get what I asked for.
There is a small chance you may not get the haircut you wanted but it's very low and I still recommend going here for a quick cut.
Queue at times may be long but it depends on the time you go.

β β β β β The photo on the right was the hair cut i wanted, the photo on the left was what i got ??ββοΈ??ββοΈ itβs completely different than what i asked. I asked for a trim but she chopped off so much longer than what i wanted. pls dont come here if u dont want ur hair to be ruined
