Singaporean Indian female attendant is only reason to visit, as other staff isn't helpful at all.

After 2 days of receiving my glasses, the glass fell out without me doing any strenuous activity. Work was not done properly on the glasses and it was ridiculous for the price that I paid. Service was also very bad. Super disappointed as I am usually a regular customer. Will not go back to Pearl Optics anymore

Summary: 2017 was great, 2019 was great, 2021 went downhill. When I went during 2017 and 2019 there was this one assistant whom was really good and will recommend u based on ur preference - will not force u to buy anything else if u dont want. She often give me discount which is like $98 discount because I always buy $500+ I came back last week and she was gone. I wanted something cheaper as i felt that transition lenses are just a preference, not a need. The new lady told me that even when i get the normal lens it will only cost $10 lesser than the transition eyezen lenses. Total will be $738 and she will give me a 30% disc since im a regular. Does $670 sounds like 30% disc? I went back to collect my new specs and i checked the menu once more. The normal lenses cost $230 lesser than the one I bought. $10 difference much? They sold me the old frame and it feels very uneven. Sales person is Png Cindy. Another note: my parents went to fix their broken lens and they were really impatient. Idk anymore la. I thought i found my favourite for life glasses store then end up they do me like this.
