The staff is very rude! We just dropped by to take a look on the actual product, and asked on the estimated pricing, he told us we should make up your mind after doing research then come and ask for price. He told us don’t suka suka come and ask this and that. Last few months we visited also the same rude guy. Then what is the purpose of opening up a Dell retail store here when we can make up our mind by browsing through the online store? Ridiculous…

0 stars for support / systems if possible. details for improvement: - rude staff unable to empathize from customer's view point (e.g. sticking to internal procedure self-righteously, making customer go down physically to office to get a simple yes or no answer for stock availability) - system not able to look up stock availability without customer physically present for a mandatory diagnostic.

Visited the store over the course of 2 days to study which 4k monitor to purchase for a dual setup and test if my laptop could support the output. Chuck, who attended to me, knew his stuff and was extremely helpful. Excellent service!

I visited and purchased a Dell laptop at Plaza Singapura today. I was served by Mr Yazid who was extremely patient & knowledgeable by going out of the way to explain the laptop to me using common analogies to cater to a layman like me. Despite knowing that I am on a tight budget, he remained extremely professional. Furthermore, I did not realize that I overpaid by $100 which he very honestly refunded to me on the spot. Thank you so much.

Went in to try to buy a monitor but no, they don't stock on site and need to order online... So the way it works is they put products out for demo you will still need to order online, of course they can help you, to order online! Yay! Anyway the monitor we wanted will take a month from order to delivery because of potential parts storage currently, so there's that hurdle too. Imagine if you"d brought your little Henry to buy an Alienware gaming PC thinking you can bond with your son over gaming that same night, only to see his disappointed little face and both go home empty-handed... ?

Received an expected great service today with the sales representative today (13/6/2022) They both went the extra miles to provide service for troubleshooting my laptop. Much appreciated their time and effort. Thank you! Will go back to their store again!
