If you wants to buy any products in istudio, please take note that the Apple Watch that I have received is not sealed, (the strap for the watch is sealed though) hence I think that the product is either a refurbished set or a return set. I mean I don’t really mind or care, but if you are looking at this review to check if you should go in this store or maybe it’s branches anywhere else in Singapore, maybe you can take train a few stops away to the official apple shop in orchard for a better peace of mind. The price is the same anyway, To be honest, why buy here? Lol. Hope this helps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff has no customer service experience. The staff that attended to me spoke to me with a tone of a police man. It sounded extremely rude. Secondly, I told him what I wanted to purchased. The first thing he highlighted to me was the price. It’s very demeaning. Subsequently when purchasing, his tone of voice was harsh and rude. Being in the customer service industry too, I don’t think he is suitable in customer service with such attitude.
