Second Time buying in this shop and it is always a pleasure. Very good experience and advise every time. Nice sales persons who always take time to explain and propose you the rights options based on your needs. i definitely recommend. This time it was with Alex, Thank you Alex for your great advise and customer care !!

Not happy with the service at Bally Photo. The person I liaised with, Alan, was initially very friendly and even though sometimes a bit slow on responses, I thought he was trustable. Unfortunately, he kept on misleading me throughout the transaction. I purchased the Sony A7M4 with them months back, but their stock was always running out. From batteries to battery grip and lenses, I did not mind waiting and understood that such a release would prompt many buyers. However, he did not inform me of the PWP that the purchase was entitled to. Only after multiple chasers, he told me that the batteries are in, and then claimed that the batteries are only PWP for 2 pieces, which I eventually accepted. Again, when waiting for the battery grip to arrive and also waiting for the price from Alan, he did not respond to me. Ultimately when I approached him to chase, he said that the PWP period is over. This is unacceptable as this is my first time transacting with them, and have bought my camera, batteries, accessories and even my lens with them. Yet they keep playing me out like this. @Bally Photo, I hope you review your employee and his actions as this is not the customer experience you would like your customers to have.

Alan and his colleagues from here are very professional and friendly, the entire experience in purchasing my highest ever value gears from them is hassle free and very smooth, I have nothing else to say but to recommend this shop to all photographers out there who need good service and pro advices!

Amazing and smooth transaction. Knows about the equipments well. Explained patiently about it and the procedures to get warranty and stuff clearly. Told him my budget and gave an additional item within the budget that was necessary for the camera! Highly recommended!

I went there on a busy Saturday late afternoon 23/1 to look for a camera case coming from next door TK Photo served by a retail assistant who didn't seem very interested, maybe it was my fault not being friendly enough. However, this shop made me smile from ear to ear. The sales assistant not only explained to me clearly about the quality of the product, but even helped me to transfer things I was carrying into it all with funny banter and smiles. I left with a camera bag instead. Will definitely come back to this shop!

Bought insta360 one x2 from Ben. Amazing fella ... called in his guys to get me some stuff that was not in the shop when I was there and had to rush. Great chatting with him.
