I chose DFD for my balcony window after visiting their factory and testing out their sample windows. The build and roller mechanism felt sturdy, and the price was affordable. Desmond was really responsive, and the installation went off without a hitch. Above all, the construction was excellent, and the window is very robust. I would really endorse it!

Awesome experience with Desmond and his team. His brother was patient in showing us when we went to the showroom and Desmond came down to measure the same day I confirm with him. Known Des 2 years back. super friendly and responsible with they work! This is the best quality door ever installed for my kitchen! sturdy, strong.. unlike the P* door that I used for my bathroom. today they came to replace the side gasket, I'm glad that they are constantly improving up till this detail level. I'm very sure the gasket will last even longer this time! Swift reply and appointment to my queries and the replacement of the gasket! kudos to them! they may not have the best price, but I'm definitely assured with the best quality and service

We are extremely happy to have found this company. It was difficult to find a trackless heavy duty door to our liking and the ones given by our ID were horrible. Discovered Deluxe fold door and we went to their office where Max patiently explained to us the doors that they have and allowed us to test their doors. Measurement was scheduled in the same week by Desmond and doors installation done 4 days later. Roughly took only about a week to select what we wanted and had doors installed. Workmanship excellent. The worker cleaned up the area and meticulous in the installation. Door quality impeccable and love that it is silent. I also like how it uses the handle as a lock from inside and there’s a safety feature to unlock the door from outside in case of emergency. Thank you Desmond and team and also for calling to check after installation done.

DFD has the ability to supply and install pretty windows. I was attended to at the showroom by both Mr Desmond and Mr Max For you to confirm your ideal windows quickly as I have, please prepare the recommended measurements below and look through the following information before making an appointment to visit their showroom :- 1)Photos of Current site situation of windows that you wish to change, showing the area around the 4 corners of intended window/partition frame ( suggest u to put everything into a word document and print it out 4-6 photos a page which helps in person discussions ) 2)Include all the window opening measurements in cm ( height and length of opening, and the thickness of your sill ) if you can summarise the square footage per opening, it will greatly facilitate DFD to provide you with a speedy price range estimate for all the selected windows you want installed 3)Go through DFD facebook post …/Deluxe-Fold-Door-Private-Limited-273327739483399/posts/ because this is the most comprehensive display of their actual installed works and product range ( I collected 50 pages of installed works and pondered on it a few days before arriving at my ideal window type and configuration ) 4)Decide your colour choice and narrow down the actual window/sliding partition product you will like to install and touch and discuss at the showroom ( if they have a mock up on display ) 5)Due to their comprehensive range of products, it is better for you to decide mentally ahead of your visit:- a.For room partitions if you are ok with sliding doors with/without floor tracks, type of preferred locks on the sliding doors/windows. b.For windows, do u want sliding, folding, or casement ( casement with multiple locking points have the best acoustic properties ) think if you will have invisible window grilles installed in future, or u want frame fitted blackout screens ? Also think ahead of how you wish to fit your curtain tracks so you don’t need to change your DFD window confirmed order halfway into the fabrication The above prep should give you about 3-5 pages of material that u can send to DFD via whatsapp in a pdf or photo of the discussion materials. Bring along the physical copy to your showroom visit and I am sure you have a very useful 30min visit and discussion with DFD Ideally your windows installation should be done in the early stages of your reno right, timed just after your major hacking, before plastering and tiling works are done ( so the touch up to the window frame is neater ) important to place your window order early ! ( As DFD needs 1-3 months lead time to import/fabricate and install your windows ) In their showroom, you can try out and see their special stuff (1) windows with a mesh insect/safety screen installed as an add on frame (2) microblind insert double glazed partition / windows (3) switchglass fixed glass panel Once you find their price estimate acceptable for the product type you want, DFD will arrange with you for a physical site measurement to draw their own mockup. This visit also allows them to scope out the lorry parking and lift access for transporting the partitions, and safety issues when they install any external windows at height. Due to high demand, (if you wish to get some priority) I suggest you offer to pay small deposit so DFD knows you are serious about the product choice you have decided, with the only uncertainty being the site measurements. DFD will aim to install the windows within a day if they can manage on the second visit. Note that DFD is an in demand aluminum window/partition trade specialist. Any related renovation questions beyond your windows/partitions should be an in person discussion with an interior designer / renovation contractor ( DFD will be able to recommend u their preferred partners, that was how I got to know about DFD :) ) For me, I was 80% certain of my product choice before reaching out to DFD for the showroom visit.
