★ ★ ★ ★ ★ latest branch that just opened about a month ago. The gym is spacious and well equipped. Not crowded during day time. 6 power racks and a lifting platform is definitely impressive for serious trainers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuss free set up that definitely delivers to the needs of serious training schedules , definitely not for the ones who think they wanna try look cool with weights and friends , majority like myself and many others I’ve recommended appreciate the simple yet well thought approach with plenty of room,free weights and equipment for the serious gym goer looking to train hard in a no nonsense environment . No glitz and glamour here just solid good hard training and staff especially at the bale store branch I go to . Not to mention a steal for what it’s priced .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ affordable and aesthetic looking gym. however, the leg curl machine and equipment (d-handles) breaks down way too many times, not sure why management is reluctant to replace broken machine with new one. gym also does not provide any wifi for us to use, impossible to text with the bad receiver from using data

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been here for awhile now, gym is good has alot of machines thats suitable for any sport you do.
only problem i have its that its really humid, doors are never opened to ventilate the room you can sweat alot within 5mins of entering the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to workout. Clean and completed equipment. Value for money gym. Their access key able to use at all their different outlet Tampines, TS and Balestier. For Balestier outlet have bigger space and all the equipment looks new. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym for your workouts. Very spacious as advertised and well equipped with variety of equipments. Fees are affordable. Only issue I have is the toilet could use a bit of maintenance as the stench coming from it can be smelled outside the toilet area. Other than that I have no complaints.
