★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was browsing for a good Kitchen Ceiling LED Lamp. Was going to another shop down the road, and saw this outlet. Stopped by the road side to went in and see. Wide range of items with reasonable priced items. They sells Lighting, Water fixture & fittings, some Furniture , Electronic Door lock.
Knowledgeable and polite staff- Jia Jie.
Definitely the place to go for my future renovation needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought pendant light, 2 x 3m track, 2 x 2m track and track lights amounting to over $500. 1 day before delivery, they called me and say they cannot deliver the 3m track because it cannot fit into lift and their delivery staff is too old to climb stairs. But before I bought the 3m track, i double check with the staff and she said definitely will be able to deliver. So I was asked to change to 4 x 1.5m track and required to pay the price difference plus the joints for track. I asked if they could waive the extra charge because I didn't request for the change but it's because they cannot deliver. The staff told me cannot. Either they refund me the 3m track or i can carry the 3m track up 13 floors myself. I'm shocked by that reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a year ago i bought Aura lights from them. I broke 1 glass yesterday. I called them for replacement and the sales person Marc contact their supplier immediately and bother to find out if i could just purchase the glass. Turns out cannot, instead I have to buy just 1 whole thing. So Marc gave me a discount immediately. Service is always excellent and would recommend to anyone buying lights from them. Good job. Thank you Marc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday, but the item we saw on their website is not available. The lady who attended to us was very nice at first, but became uninterested after the item we were looking for is not available. We were considering other options but she kept walking away. Since she is not interested in our business, I don't see why we should stay. Not going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought quite a few lights from Amy who's very patient and helpful. We were looking for a few different lights and she went through each of them with the pros and cons of each and helped us.
Prices were competitive but not the cheapest. Slightly more expensive than the cheapest ones but we bought peace of mind for that couple percent more.

I seriously almost skip this shop because it’s the last light and bath shop of the long Balestier stretch, got too tired looking. But end up they are the cheapest and it quite a good difference which allow u to buy more items. really didn’t have to shop the whole Balestier if I knew earlier how badly most other shop trying to chop your carrot head only.
