Service are up to date with follow up and save alot of hassle from worrying on the renovation.

In summation:
- 3Rs; highly Responsive, very Responsible, extremely Resourceful.
- Despite the frequent changes to the COVID restrictions, the team was able to get hold of all the necessary workers for the renovation works, and more importantly, complete the renovation on time as per agreed schedule.
- Renovation costs are quite fairly-priced.
- The team was conscientious, highly observant to our renovation needs and concerns, thought out of the box for us, came up with better, cost-saving recommendations to what we require.
We highly recommend the power duo of Charmaiine and Emerson for anyone's renovation needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally, our new home is now completed! Journey to create our dream home is really no easy feat. We were really fortunate to have engaged Charmaiine from Design Cube as our ID. Design phase was done professionally with lots of ideas, advise and do-it-smart recommendations to get our expectations met within budget. While the execution journey was not really all smooth sailing, Design Cube's team was versatile and strong in settling each and every issue occurred in good quality and timely manner. We were not left in a lurch post-handover. Defects were promptly fixed with proactive checking and ensuring delivered items were settling in well. If we are to choose a few words to describe our home building journey with Design Cube, it would be smart, reliable and honest. Highly highly recommended.
