After speaking to various interior design firms, we made the decision to go with Shawn from Projectguru. He is a very polite person and try to understand more our requirements and lifestyle before providing us the quotation and designs. He is very responsive to our enquiries before and after the entire renovation. We are glad to engage him as our designer. A very good experience here ??

Lon Koh and staff helped me find the perfect look for my new modern house ?? I am absolutely THRILLED with the work and would recommend them to anybody. I have never been happier with the results of an interior designer and I have worked with two others on prior houses... They blended all my existing furniture and art with some new purchases and the result was amazing!!!!!????

We have engaged Catherine Hau from ProjectGuru for our house renovation. We looked for minimalist concept. She had given us such good advice and insight to what does and doesn’t work. Just loved her idea’s on the design of kitchen cabinet with streamline and good functionality. And the idea she had of a round door cabinet in the foyer (to hide the DB board and max. the storage) is wonderful, we ended up incorporating that into the plan. Without having the 3D drawings, we have proceeded the works based on her sketch up drawings! Her organization and attention to detail is evident in every facet of the project. Catherine is truly a talented designer and her team workmanship was also excellent! We would highly recommend her and ProjectGuru. Once again, Thank You Catherine for your hardwork!

We had a good experience with the designer Lon Koh who turning our dream house designs into reality. She was patient and everything was going smooth! Our home design is simple but i seek for more in details. We are glad to meet a responsible designer for our first home renovation.

Designer: Shawn My friend referred to me to Projectguru and why I engaged Shawn was because his proposal is very value for money. He is a very polite and service-oriented person. He handled everything well and responsive throughout the renovation. Shawn makes the whole renovation process easier for me because he was the one liaising with all the parties involved, like dealing with the subcontractors. No major issues occurred during the renovation and even if there were any issues, Shawn would always rectify them.

At the beginning, everything was fine. Claire was recommended from a friend. But as the project going on, some issues happened. For example: 1. The estimated timeline (rough and estimated range, Claire could not provide an accurate timeline, said it has to be flexible) was delayed at least 2 weeks when I instructed them to stop work (a few issues not resolved). I was OK with the delay before the COVID-19 happened. The border of Malaysia already closed before I instructed to stop work. The COVID-19 was already spreading in Singapore at that time. I also need to consider the workers health. 2. Masonry works quality and designer's respond not as expected. So far 2 drainages were choked by grouting powder and concrete, which were hard to fix or even impossible to fix during touch-up after moving in. Right after we moved in, we found that the drainage at yard area was choked. The water from aircon was all flooding on floor. We informed Claire about the issue. But no reply at that day. We had to contact 3rd party to fix this before all of our floor flood. She replied 1 day after. How long we need to wait for the response if this kind of issue happened again? 3. Now under warranty (in-charged by Lon Koh), rain water is leaking from the window frame. So far the issue was checked by their contractor, but not yet arranged to fix (already more than half a month since I informed them about this issue). I am not sure how this company call it a "Project Management & Site Supervision & Audit" under "Professional Services" in the contract. It is definitely below expectation.

My wife and I spent weeks looking for a good ID. Sophia was an instant favorite amongst the pool of designers we met. Not only was she easy to communicate with, but she also had great insights to share and was very meticulous with the design work. Always responsive and actions were taken almost immediately. Overall, we are extremely delighted with the final look of our home. Happy to have selected ProjectGuru :) Thanks to Sophia and her wonderful team!

We came across Project Guru when we were browsing Qanvast to look for interior designers. The reason why we decided to engage their service was because they were quick in response and they were sincere with their proposals. They have been pretty responsible and responsive during the renovation.
