Mr Wai is an extremely friendly doctor; and an expert in this field. I had chronic gastric problem since I was a child and through recommendations; I was referred to Mr Wai who helped me with endoscopy and colonoscopy. He was able to give me medication which effectively solved my 20year problem in 2 weeks! I recently had an experience that demonstrated the dedication and solid team support that Dr. Wai has, besides having exceptional medical skills known for many years. If I have consulted another doctor besides Dr. Wai, I believe it could be a mini “crisis” that will affect my treatment and my schedule returning. And with Dr. Wai and the team's help, my procedure, hospital stay, and overseas insurance claim were smooth. Two weeks ago, I flew to Singapore and consulted Dr. Wai because some of my health screening reading was out of the normal range. The border was recently opened, and it was not easy to find a slot for scope in the hospitals within the limited time I was visiting Singapore. I can see the effort from Chris (Dr. Wai Clinic Staff) that she keeps calling a few hospitals and asking for a favor to squeeze in some time within the time my mom is in Singapore. However, I need to be admitted after the scope due to my heart condition. The endoscopy was initially supposed to be a day procedure. Again it was not easy to get a hospital bed at this period and at such short notice. And Dr. Wai and the staff worked hard (again) right after the surgery to find a bed for me. It was not easy, and my son can see Dr wai contacted a few hospital staff to ensure there was an available bed for me. And finally, I managed to get a hospital bed. When we need help from Dr. Wai to fill up the overseas insurance form, Dr. Wai also fills up very fast so I can bring the relevant documents back before my flight. This experience has shown Dr. Wai's solid team, dedication, and effectiveness, besides having exceptional medical skills. Thank you so much, Dr. Wai and Chris, for the help and fantastic work.

My daughter got very severe diarrhea and dehydrated. I called Dr Desmond and despite the clinic was full, the nurse Kris was very accommodating and helped to slot a timing for Desmond to see her real quick at 1045am. Desmond is very sharp and picked up all the signs and arranged for her hospitalisation quickly. She was hydrated and antibiotics was administered after the lab test. My daughter was nursed back to health and discharged in three days. I am very thankful for the professional and compassionate team that helped my daughter get well again.
