Chinese , told me very rudely to return at 10pm. She claimed she had no paper for printing. Very rudely told me that she cannot do anything. I could nor believe there was no stock of printing paper? Or was she plain lazy to attend to me? I had rushed in a cab to get my chore done. Then i had to travel to Seletar Mall to see if I can send my parcel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely bad experience, went in for shipment and proceeded to fill up all the particulars required, went into the shop and requested for box 2 and cashier told me that they didnt have the box. Seriously how is it DHL EXPRESS shipment when there isnt necessary materials for people to ship? Absolute disaster. Cashier did mention to use box 3 but that comes at an extra cost of from 116 to 169.
