★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like to share my bad experience with everyone.
1) they charged me twice for a single delivery
2) they didn’t give me a form which was supposed to be signed that day and ask me back to do so twice
So pissed that my delivery got delayed and did not reach at the time I wanted to. Really should improve the system of what is needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheers’s staff Mdm Kelly was very helpful and helped me return Amazon item. Cheers’s staff at Sembawang MRT said they accept letters only and referred me to Yishun block 745 (actually is 743) advising me to put in a box.
