The doctor is very nice, she understand the pain of a patient and makes them comfortable. Rates are affordable and she explains the dental complexity in details. I would go again to the doctor in future.

Kindly send or brief your 2 aunti staff at the counter to be more knowledgeable with there duties and responsibilities. Understand will have some delays but atleast do inform your client about any changes regard to our appointment.

Poorly managed appointment system. Made an appointment at 1:15pm. One of the staff called me one day before to confirm appointment. 1 hours before the appointment called again to request if the appointment could be changed to 3:15pm. Since I am already nearby for lunch hence I declined their request. It appeared to me they messed up their records. Reached the clinic at 1:05pm for registration and waited for 15 minutes. Asked the staff and was told I will be called next. At 1:40pm a patient (appointment at 1:45pm) came in, waited few minutes and called in straight to the room. I asked the same staff immediately why not me and was only told I need to visit another room for pre-scaling examination before scaling could be done if you visit their clinic for the first time. They still let someone with later appointment in. The so-called pre-scaling examination took only less than 5 minutes with some SOP questions asked and I am still puzzled why this could not be done by the same dentist. So what is the point of pre-arranged appointment? It also seems that no one could answer such complaints within the clinic and they said nothing much they could do besides apologizing, take it or leave it. They seems to be a private standalone clinic with no proper SOPs. Advice for any potential patient: make appointment at your risk as they do not trust customer satisfaction. There are far more dental clinics options out there.

Been using their dental service for a few years. nice dentists & staff and reasonable pricing. Although they can definitely improve their appointment mgmt. Sometimes have to wait very long, which is frustrating.

Lousy appointment system seriously. Everytime I visit, no matter I be there early or late, I have to wait for more than one hour. The last time I got really angry about waiting for two hours, the dentist talked to me in an unprofessional way. She asked to leave if I did not want to do my teeth. Btw, after trying other dentists, I realized that their skills are not there. It can take the dentist more than one hour to do a wisdom tooth extraction, whereas in other dental, it was done in less than 10 minutes. I also had a tooth filling at this dentist twice for the same cavity , both dropped out just passed their four-month warranty period. I have done the filling again in another dentist and it is still fine after two years. Have stopped using this dental but would like everyone to know about their standard.

The way of talking attitude of the dentist assistant are poor and impatience, I need to tell her the situation of the patient had as he did a dentures from this Kang Ren clinic 3 years before, yet she cut me off from telling her and ask me KEY POINT KEY Point!! My main intention for calling up is, Need to tell her the whole situation and solutions, her attitude is really bad. If the dentist was professional 3 years ago, today will not called up to ask. After doing the dentures were not wearable felt like keeping vomiting even at that point of time feedback to the dentist, also pointless, just saying have to use to it and not solving the problems. End up the dentures been soaked in the water 3 years in the dentures box. Bad experience from Yishun Kang Ren. ? Not helpful and impatience dental assistant ?

Like what many have said, their appointment system is pretty screwed up. I waited for more than an hour and when I went it, the doctor did 2 fillings for me in about 20 mins. Doctor Ng is quite skillful but her assistant wasn't doing her job well. Prices are not exactly cheap even though it's a neighbourhood clinic. Won't recommend for other services but for scaling and polishing, I do recommend Hygienist - Kai Zi because she is professional and friendly. :)

Attended by Dr Joanne. From sitting on the dental chair to completed the payment…15 min!! Not a word on the condition of my set of teeth! Dr Joanne claimed is normal to complete cleaning in 15-20 min. But mine was done in just 10 min if you deduct the settling time on the dental chair and making payment. Terrible service!!
