J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item online and it took more than a week to be delivered after being shipped out (locally). The item I received was damaged and defective. Provided photos and they accused me for "breaking" the product when its caused by the defect. Then they told me to lug the dry cabinet down to their office for an exchange. Utterly unprofessional & unreasonable. Did not even offer a pickup or courier exchange. Instead trouble the customer for their incompetence. Reached out to them via their website but haven't received any response. Fortunately the platform stepped in and resolved the issue within a day because its OBVIOUS that I received a damaged & defective product.
