★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fan of Cedele. I came here to celebrate birthday with my friend. The coffee was great as usual. However, the caramel sea salt tiramisu cake was not upto the mark. It was loaded with sugar unlike other Cedele cakes. I'm disappointed :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I sat for a cup of tea while waiting for my friend to join. The loud chit chatting loudly amongst the counter staff are quite disturbing.
2. Lady who took my order is curt and unhelpful (like I should know their menu well).
3. They run out of thins with pesto chicken and recommended me to replace with rosemary chicken. When served, I realised that it doesn't come with cheese like all other thins do and they will charge to have cheese in (yet I had paid the same price for the switch).
4. Food is average.
5. It's obvious customer experience is not their priority. Wouldn't recommend since the value is not worth the money paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tea set at 10 50..cake is alright but the 'organic' coffee just flavoured boiled water. Yeah, it was that weak. Staff service level average.. A little bit more unfriendly will come across as rude. Comments like "I suppose u need a fork.. Ice water not for you.." is service I never seen before..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, large Cedel outlet located just as you enter the building. Easy to find seating at a large table.
Their sets ended at 11am which was a shame. However the Organic Flat White ($5.50) and Butter Croissant ($3.20) were both good in flavour and quality, although the Croissant wasn't very crisp.
Service was okay, but nothing noteable or particularly stand-out. If Cedele brought in some form of basic 'All-Day set' with one select Bakery Item, plus a Drink for a set price, that would be great to see and no doubt very popular!
