Bad attitude when taking my order. She made me feel like I owe her something ?

It is actually not 1 star, but 0 star for the following reason: I placed an order with Grabfood Self-Collect service for Minced Meat Noodle as I could claim $5 meal from my company. I arrived there at 2.31pm.There was this old uncle who has a bad attitude; despite my order stating that I could collect my food at 2:41pm, he was not interested in preparing the food at all and shows the "shoo shoo" hand sign and ignoring me, and was just washing and cleaning his cookwares and staying in his kitchen for whatever reason. At around 2.45pm, an old auntie, who was also in charge of the stall came and takeover from the old uncle. A young man who had been there waiting for a longer time than me and also ordered through Grabfood Self-Collect service asked why the food was still not prepared. The old auntie said that she will heat up the water and start preparing it soon, but same as the old uncle, she has no sense of urgency. She started cleaning the kitchen table, then going to the kitchen to take containers already filled with noodles, and then disappeared into the kitchen for a long time, while the old uncle went and buy food from the nearby chicken rice stall and sat on a table, and happily enjoying his food. The young man was most likely angry that he just gave up and walked away. At 2.57pm, everything was as still the same, and I quickly called Grabfood and thankfully my order was cancelled and refunded for this nonsense at 3:03pm. So in total, I wasted more than 30min and got no food. Hope the young man got his refund too. I wouldn't recommend other Ding Ji stalls as well; they are just normal to below average minced meat noodles stalls. The only special thing is the hanjuku egg which you can easily get from 7-eleven.

Seems like it is the same uncle I had encounter too. He was not at the stall so I was 1st in line and waited. Finally he arrived and I told him I am using app to redeem my orders. He ignored me totally and served another person. OMG I ask him again and he just pretended he did not hear me so I left. I mean there are other options and the noodle is not something to die for. So should at least improve on service so people would buy. Anyways, never gonna buy from that stall again.

Quite a rude waitresss or chef, I dun think it's worth coming to a frachise to someone with no basic manners, one auntie of unknown age, I WONT COME ANYMORE!

Moody lady stall assistant. Slow service. Unhygienic. Cooking of noodles no standard. Noodle is soggy and tasteless. Waste of money.

Very lousy service. Arrived on a not so busy evening with 3 customers ahead of me. Guess what, it took nearly 20 mins before I got my order. Uncle decided to take a short break for every bowl of noodles he cooked and when it's finally my turn, change shift and off he goes. His colleague who took over instead of clearing mine and the customer's order behind, was more interested in talking over the phone and arranging the condiments. It took nearly 5 mins before be decided to ask me for my order. Please look into training your staff and to be frank, you don't even serve the best noodles. Check your cash register records and you should know the turnover timing for each customer (:

Guess not the only one who experience lousy services. But hey, what do you expect from a hawker stall. The stall exist till now is because its the only fishball noodle shop.Some stalls are like this. Food is average and editable. Ask for a bowl of soup. With my dry noodle.seems to be a challenge and like "begging" from him.
