Dior had a recent free sample lipstick which asked people to register to get free samples, but did not make it clear that registration does not guarantee one a free sample! Fast forward a few days after I registered and myself (and a few friends) receive a message stating that I can no longer redeem a sample! Had they been more upfront, this would not be an issue, but it seemed like a move to collect personal data while masquerading as customers being able to reserve a free sample. Please be more upfront about this next time.
