Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good knowledge of the products too! I was given options on which samples I liked or wanted to try. Would restock from this outlet again.

impressive and super great customer services. skincare shop is not a shop that we will go there every day or every week as products could last us 3-4mths or even longer. some people might even just buy 1x and no more longer visiting the shop. i have been using Fresh products since Yr17 and only purchase from Raffles City Branch. becos of their Great Customer Services. still remember when i 1st time buy and try their products in early 2017 - one of their staff is so friendly and helpful that goes all the way to introduce all the products and recommend those that are suitable for me. for me i don't really care who the sales staff is or what's her name or whatsoever & I feel that this kind of service is 1 of their job - they should do this. but no - I'm wrong. almost half a year later I visited the ION branch to buy their products again cos I'm shopping around there so thinking that it is the most convenient for me to just drop by. I step in the shop with no greetings and no even 1 staff approach me to ask me if I need any help. they are busy writing their paperworks even after i walk around the shops for 3-4x. this feeling make me feel like I'm walking into Watson or Guardian. I don't like the atmosphere so i walk out without buying anything. so I decide to visit the Raffles Branch. the moment when i step in. the staffs will greets you. and surprisingly the staff that serves me 6mths ago still remember me! she greets me with my name. and she still remember which products I'm using and ask me is the products OK for me and so on.. i was so impressed. and from that moment I remember the staff name and Raffles Branch my default shop for skincare products.

Staff offered to help me switch products in the gift set (of the same value) when i mentioned that i was hesitating regarding one of the items in the set. Thought it was a helpful gesture.

My visit to Fresh was amazing! Especially on second visit i met Bella, she filled me with so many knowledge and entice me to get more then i should even intially wanted ? So happy to have someone to fill up my skincare routine! I will be back!

I wanted to buy a product but it was apparently out of stock at this outlet. So I asked the staff to check for the availability at the Orchard outlet and she told that this product was actually out of stock in the country. So I decided to buy another similar product at this outlet. Out of curiosity, I went to the Orchard outlet just to verify her statement and surprisingly the staff there told that this product was available all the while since a few months back. Anyway, I am quite disappointed with the services provided and I hope that this incident will not happen to me or any other customers in the future.

Definitely a fresh experience! Redeemed a voucher from Singtel and got their products. They even explained to my wife what the products are for and how to use it.

Awesome products that using natural ingredients, got a Christmas set for myself. Good Xmas gifts ideas during Christmas season, friendly and helpful staffs.
