★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to visit the store at orchard gateway on 25/4/22. Although I was in the store for just a short while, The 2 staffs there was helpful and friendly. after my purchase, I received their "Pay-It-Forward" gift which came as a pleasant surprise. This store just have the right vibe to it (guess its the staff's aura or demeanor , as I am also hesitant to enter the store as I have anxiety that I may not be woke enough for the young staffs around.
Shout out to KYL for being pleasant yet not pushy. Love the strawberry shower jelly- definitely will go back for the gummybear shower jelly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into Lush without intending to get anything just to look around. Wawa approached me and didn't try to sell me anything at all when I told her I was just looking. When I showed interest in a product she showed great product knowledge and recommended items that were best suited for the needs that I mentioned and was very patient as I made up my mind.
This was really excellent service, and when I was checking out, I showed interest in a few more products. She then gave me a few samples of the items I was still deciding on and even gave me a gifted full container of the body mask.
One of the best customer service experience I've ever encountered and will definitely come back to be served by her again. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retail staff Ms. Jo was very forth coming In helping me select products that suits my liking to certain scents. She has good product knowledge as well as good salesmanship. She was quick to recommend me products that I can use with the first item I intended to purchase. She made my shopping experience interesting by giving me fun facts of the products she introduced. Excellent service indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gotta say a big thank you to a lady with lovely curly hair for giving me a sample of Lord of Misrule shower gel to try. This is the scent I love the most in all Lush products and I am so lucky to get this before the Halloween season ends :) if it wasn't her I might have missed the chance!! and another gorgeous lady who handed me a Rentless solid perfume as a gift, I love you so much!! Smells amazing and totally in love with this one. This store always makes my day<3 Will make another visit soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their bath bomb and bubble bars are great ways to get the kids to be excited about taking bath. The bath bars comes in various interesting design and have gentle scents. The price is a bit on the expensive side. Each bath bomb or bar can run around 10 to 15 sgd. however the ingredients are gentle and kids find it more fun and interactive. They also have decent collection of hair and skin care products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time shopping at Lush yesterday and it will definitely not going to be my last. We were having a staycay nearby and wanted to get some bath bubbles for our kids to enjoy in the tub. We chanced upon Lush at the Raffles City outlet and we felt right at home with the warm service we received. A sweet young girl (sorry, we didn't know her name but she had pretty green highlights in her hair) took us through the range of bath bombs and bath bubbles, carefully explaining the difference and recommending scents that each of us will like. She left a pleasant surprise in our bag during check out.
Another staff took me through the range of cleansers and shampoo that I may like and gave me a sample of the 'honey' range (in which I'm loving so much).
Back at home, I having a spa day everyday. I can't wait for my next haul at Lush. Thanks to the staff at Lush Raffles City for making our day! #payitforward
