Service is good, friendly staff. Helpful and they know their work. Must make appts for service as they are always busy with their schedules.

The team at Dirt Wheel Bukit Merah are just phenomenal.
The ladies at reception are always warm and welcoming the mechanic's super professional and anyone you deal with there is just incredible.
Rarely do you come across service like this!!
Customer comes first, they will only ever suggest and recommend what is needed with full integrity and honesty.

I recently acquired the pleasure of owning a KTM bike, and immediately became paranoid about keeping it well-serviced. It's like my baby.
I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service of this place, the front-desk is approachable and friendly, and most importantly, they know their bikes very well. Whatever issue you come up with, they'll answer with knowledge and wisdom. You feel confident after speaking to them.
The manager is a cool chap. A biker himself, you can have a coffee-chat sort of convo with him anytime about issues. They really go the extra mile to help you take care of your baby.
As for the engineers, they are well-trained and work quick. The prices are very reasonable too.
Overall, I was very happy that I got a KTM, because of such passionate individuals sharing the same love for the bike.
