No doubt the staffs are all very friendly, but honestly, my experience with them, i dont recommend first hand buyers to go over, unless you know hokkien or chinese, theres always a hidden messages. Bought two bikes here, second hand, when ask before taking out the bikes whether all servicing has been done, they'll say yes, all done... In the end, spark plugs were all different size and different brand (due to smaller size are cheaper). Servicing wasnt done at all (engine oil was reused), warranty of one month covered but all was done half heartedly. Never going to buy here again and planning to return the bike soon..

Staff here is very good and polite. But becareful of their parent company named speedway. Their lady boss is good at flipping between lines of the contract and grabbing money from you

Gd bike shop to buy from if u can pay your monthly instalment on time. Selling price reasonable as long as u get all the details correct.. demand a clear write up of the deals that u have make with the salesman and they will honour it.. however they still practice early repayment penalty(if you sell your bike purchase from them and sell it to other shop before the full term of the loan). If u the type always pay instalment late then u wont like the shop.. but if u pay diligently u will have no problem at all with the service they offer.. very nice boss..

I posted in one of the bike sales groups about looking for a bike and someone by the name of Jacky Sharma reached out to me via private message informing me that he had some bikes for me to consider. I was looking for a CB400 Revo and he showed me some pictures with details. This was on 22nd November. I told him that I was keen and was considering a trade in with my current bike. He said that he would check with his boss and get back to me with an estimate. This was the next day, 23rd November. No response for the next 2 days until 25th November after I prompted him. He gave me a rough estimate and I told him I will be coming down to view the bike on sale. He gave me the address of HL cycle. His FB profile said "sales consultant at HL Cycle". The next day, 26th November, I told him I would be dropping by. He said that he had something to attend to and would not be around. I told him that the next available time i could drop by was the following Wednesday, 1st December at 11am. He said "Can no worries". On Tuesday, 30th November, I messaged him asking about payment options and collection period and did not get a response. On the day itself, on 1st December, I told him I would be slightly late and will come by after lunch. He then sent me a screenshot of another address at Tampines and told me to go there instead. I asked if i would be able to purchase the bike directly from there. He told me to call him. Over the call he told me that the bike I wanted was sold the day before, on 30th November. Not only did he not inform me of this beforehand, he tried to push the sale of another bike to me. Different color, different specs, and from a different shop, which I assume was his new workplace. Wasted my time and effort during this whole period. I was ready to purchase the bike, straight up, full cash, and I had informed him. He did not inform me of other potential buyers and the only reason I did not manage to get the bike was because he was unavailable on 26th November. He was unapologetic about the whole incident and claimed that he was "waiting for my reply". Refer to attached screenshots. This "sales consultant" had proven to be completely unreliable and had waste my time and effort when he could have easily informed me at various points be it that the bike was already sold or that others were interested in it. Not only did he not do that, he waiting till the day that I was supposed to go down to inform me that it was no longer available, and mind you, that was only because I texted him again before heading down and the previously agreed time and date. Extremely bad experience. Be careful when dealing with such people. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and valuable time by finding more reliable sellers and shops. Apparently, this guy had gone MIA from his previous place at HL cycle and had joined i-motoring. He didn't inform me of anything and on the day itself tried to push the sale of another bike to me. I did not manage to get the bike i initially wanted because of this person's irresponsible and unethical practices. Wherever he goes, whichever shop he joins, be aware and beware.

Got a second hand bike from them. battery died within a week. went back requested to change a new one for peace of mind. They cut my IU meter and put a socket which voids your IU warranty. I stay in the east and went all the way down for them to void my warranty. Friend got a second hand bike too as well. After collection went to service bike, change engine oil. The oil pan for the drain nut was stripped and wrapped in water pipe tape? Went back to make noise and they said its his fault for servicing else where. i dont see the need to service at their shop for a simple oil change furthermore its out of the way. first day of collecting they still said servicing all been done but nothing pointed out for the stripped oil pan obviously. Oh btw please read the fine print especially on early settlement. the amount will shock you.

Got my first class 2 bike from Jackie at I-motoring Bukit Merah. Fast hassle free experience. Genuinely nice guy who explained how to use the bike and the different modes, and despite me coming close to closing time each visit. Overall solid experience.

My second bike purchase from this place. What astonishes me is installment payment still have to go to the shop to pay when technology is so advanced and can make paynow in many other bike shops. Less interaction is better these days? they really need to upgrade their tech savvy options.
