Went to file an accident claim at 08:30am. Avril was very professional and polite. Got everything done in 15 mins and a follow-up email in w hours as well.

We have had a service package with them but when we call to arrange for servicing, they says membership has expired and they won't fulfill the servicing. Their servicing contract never mention about it being tied to a membership which has a fixed duration. No refund of fees that are already paid. Very unreasonable workshop. Will not recommend to patron.

I have been a member with MoVa for quite a while. Was recommended by my brother who is also a MoVa member. The service is exceptionally good and prompt. Appreciate the efforts put in to maintain our cars in tip top condition. A special mention of Mr Luqman. His impeccable service is someone MoVa should be proud of. His knowledge and competency and his patience with our endless questions wrt the car is truly amazing. Thanks MoVa!

The worst insurance workshop i ever been to. Incident was for an insurance claim against 3rd party but the whole process took more than a month. The workshop staff did not honor the deal of supplying the agreed replacement car but instead rent it out and make me waited more than a month without calling or updating me. When i called them as an anonymous guy i asked them about their whole processing time and repair time for this type of insurance claim and they replied usually only a few day after all insurance reporting has been completed. But when i supply them with my car plate number in a few seconds the staff on the phone is able to know what is going on without pulling data from the computer. So they know what is going on but did not bother to source for the agreed arrangement but rather let you wait in vain. When i ask if we can go find other workshop to do the insurance claim the phone staff happily answer yes in an excited tone. It seems like they are not bothered to serve you as well. If you are looking for a hassle free or fast insurance claim process do not come to this workshop as i have been to other insurance claim workshop that provides better service than this. Total waste of my time and feel utterly disappointed. Feeling disgusted.

Their Bukit merah branch guy will go all the way to recommend you to replace everything even through the vehicle is in good condition, and their price are very high quite similar to agent. Very unprofessional especially the young Chinese guy which look like gangster.

Reliable. Does good work. Awesome service as well.

Good but not cheap... You pay for the standards you get ?
