Very disappointed in nail work done, improper nail/cuticle care and nail artist could neither replicate design request nor offer good suggestions. Even worse, pedicure wasn’t handled properly and could have resulted in ingrown nail. But even more disappointed in attitude as apologies seem insincere. (Apology message only came awhile after responding that they are not suitable for me)

Had my service done by Kez last week and really loved how well the whole team treat me and welcomed me. It’s really cozy. Cuticles is really clean and not even pain at all. Really love my experience and design is really nice. She has so much accessories for me to choose from and whatever I want they all have it. Really love it!!

One of the worst home based biz I’ve been to. First time, the boss changed my appt timing 2-3hrs before our appt so I had to accommodate her, fine. Second time, the boss changed our appt again when I was on the way to her place... sat at the void deck for an hour. Only because I told her I was already otw, else the timing was 2-3 hrs from the ORIGINAL timing. Third time’s a charm, I guess. The last straw was when I went back for a touch up for a broken nail and she said the same thing AGAIN! Had to shift our appt 2-3 hrs later... Thank god I was still home. When asked for reasons why she was late, she said she can’t guarantee that the customer earlier on would be on time. Yet, the first time she was late, she was at an “influencer event”. Second time, I booked the first appt time of the day and I saw her coming out of her car with WET HAIR. Guess who overslept her alarm? The last time, I couldn’t be bothered to ask and asked for a refund immediately. I barely got an apology but it’s fine. Just visit at your own discretion. Defo better places out there. This biz is out of the way and her form of “art” is by sticking a few blings and gems onto a nude background of your nails. Nothing too impressive.

Totally recommend kez’s service. She is really skillful when cutting my cuticle as I have very thin cuticles. Usually when I get them done else where they would have accidentally cut a bit too close and I would bleed. She is patient, reassured me that I don’t need to worry about it and she explained how I could grow my nails properly. She’s a gem to diva me, haha her boss she give her a raise for doing such a good job !

Shop is in the industrial building, level 3, exit to the left and walk down further you will see the shop. Initially I was scammed by a nail salon and thankfully my friend introduced me this place. You must have appointment before arriving the place. The place is wonderful and you can relax while watching shows like in movie theatre, their service is wonderful and people there are friendly to give you their advice to suit you. I do recommend people to come to this place for their nails to be done! Its very honest and friendly service that will make you feel home.

Always leaving the place with pretty, long lasting nails! Vanny’s nail art never fail to surprise. Just pick a colour or let her decide and she will work her magic. It’s really relaxing as they screen movies while getting your nails done!

Did my nails with Michelle, she was really great! My nail broke and she helped me to fix it and even managed to match the color of my current nail design. Really happy with her service :)

My favourite nail salon and have been visiting them every month without fail for the past 1year+! Vanny, Xavier, Michy, Sammi, Kes and Whitney are all excellent mani/pedi technicians. Before finding this place my weak and fussy nails have never been able to last over 1 month without damage. Highly recommend!
