Evan the coordinator for my home reno was very responsive & responsible. He personally & promptly attended to all my issues during reno. Endured place was cleaned up before hand-over. He was quick to assist me with some minor touch up more than a year after reno even though problem was due to usage rather than workmanship.

Eden, Interior Designer from Divas, is highly recommended by my good friend. Though we already met a few IDs and happy with them, I was persuaded by our friend who described him as 1. “very talented”: he can draw 3D drawing on the spot in their discussion to make her visualize the idea. 2. “professional”: he identified the bathtub she requested would not be realistic as she and her husband are both too tall for the space they have, and he was the only ID honestly against this idea. 3. “excellent in customer service”: he went to her home quickly after receiving her call on the damage of toilet glass door, after 1+ year of renovation. 4. “Good sense of humor”: he made the discussion and renovation process fun as he is very funny. My friend is a musician who holds very high standard when coming to service, I think I should meet up with this ”legency” Eden. No regrets, he is not like other IDs, the way he approaches customer is pretty different, friendly yet pretty “stylish”, quickly we discuss things like best buddies ever. Besides those mentioned before, we also noticed something good about him in our two face to face meetings and a few WhatsApp call consultations. 1. He grasps our ideas and lifestyle very quickly. 2. He respects our ideas yet will analyze pros and cons from different perspectives. 3. He has broad knowledge about interior design and renovation in other countries and let us know the limitation and difference in Singapore 4. He knows the renovation regulation in Singapore very well and wouldn’t do things that against the laws. 5. He explains interior design theories with us patiently. 6. His quotation is very transparent and he is willingly sharing with you how and why things are charged. 7. He is experienced in buying Taobao. His showroom is pretty cool, unique and comfortable. Accordingly to him, his workshop at Ubi is a rushed project, but they use some furnishings to make it look really nice (mostly from Taobao) :p. I guess he will give us some useful Taobao tips and save us plenty if we engage him :p 8. He is very respectful of other ID firms. To be honest, almost all IDs we met remind us that there are some “bad” and “irresponsible” IDs out there. He too agrees with that too but he emphasizes there are many different types of IDs in market to fulfill different needs of different clients, and different IDs might be in different stage of their career hence making different choice of approaching customer. As long as we know what we want, we will choose the right ID for us. I really value this quality of him. 9. He is genuinely willing to share his experience and knowledge, without withholding information. And he is open to suggestions and can quickly adapt to them too! I feel very safe and comfortable discussing things with him. For some reasons, we can’t continue our renovation project with him, hence I can’t comment on the workmanship (but my friend’s home still looks new after 5 years and she is happy). I feel sad that we can’t continue our renovation work together, but as he said “it’s totally alright not engage me this time, I am happy to help. We love to build long term relationship with customers, it will be a time you need me and you know I am here.” It’s a pleasure to meet an ID and a friend like Eden. I would highly recommend him to anyone :)

Engaged Dan Sim for our reno. No regrets. He is responsive to our messages through out our reno period day and night. He follows up regularly with any concern and issues raised by us. On top of that, I sense his honesty and find him passionate in taking care of our reno. No matter how difficult our demands are, he understands and delivers to his best ability. After meeting up with 7 interior designers, decided to go with Diva's Interior as they able to understand and convert my overall concept from design to reality right down to color schemes and within budget. They are very responsive and responsible, a joy to work with. I have enough confidence in their ability to giv free rein to my Kitchen's design and they did not disappoint. No projects is 100% perfect and after living in my flat for more than 8 months, I believe Diva's Interior deserves the 5 star ratings

Engaged their service n work started end Oct 2021. Completed in schedule mid Jan 2022. It’s an old unit , redo the flooring and cabinets, lighting for living room n bedrooms. But what made it unpleasant was, the reno was not properly done. Quality was so bad! I had to spot parts which requires redo! Even the cement grouting was dirty when i moved in! The wall plastering as the worst! Tiling on skirting was poorly done. The mindset was.. its ok.. can be amended after u move in. That’s the norm it seems! Clearly it’s not supervised and coordinated properly. I wanted to gv feedback to the boss but i was directed to another ID instead! Surely this company is not interested in doing better. Just yesterday everything rectified. It’s my first experience engaging an ID. I was hoping that everything will be well taken care of but unfortunately it’s not like that. She’s good in the sense that she’s approachable and take your feedback. Experience does matter. The contractor they engaged are of poor quality! So far only the carpentry was the best, small defects but rectified. Another thing that amazed me was.. my current TV which i hv to arrange dismantle, i hv to find other services to fix back too! Even if they don’t do it, shouldn’t they hv contact instead?! So it’s not a one stop service afterall . A lot was not as per discussed during signing of contract.

We engage Diva's through Renodots's recommendation. Our ID is Zune. He is meticulous, offer advise which was helpful as we were 1st time home owner and takes time to understand our needs. We send him some inspiration photos from Pinterest and he execute that to exactly what we wanted given the space constraint that we have. We are very happy with his service and will definitely recommend him to other home owners looking for a reliable ID.

We are very happy to have engaged Divas interior Design, EVAN to renovate our EA. As Interior Designer, he is very responsive to us. And he used to be our previous flat ID as well. Due to good workmanship, good rapport and understand what we need, we took him again for our reno for our EA.Any questions or clarifications we needed were taken onboard by him and responded to quickly. In addition, he displayed many positive qualities. he wqs from the onset very transparent about the costs required to complete the renovation. He is very patient despite some obstacles encountered during the HA (covid-19), Also, he is attentive and accommodating to design changes that needed to be made. Most importantly, he have very good after sales service, after renovation completion, he still take the trouble to check in and see if everything is going well with the house. (Just like our previous house) This is a rare quality compared to the what you would expect of most designers - who would be not be contactable after completion. I would recommend Divas interior Design for anyone who is looking to engage an Interior Designer that will get the job done well and continue to take care of you even after. A belated thank-you and recommendation for James Lim at Diva’s Interior Design. My renovation project started in the beginning of June 2021 and was completed in late August 2021. This is a 45-year-old 4-room HDB flat. I considered myself extremely blessed that a friend’s friend referred James to me for the first ever renovation project in my life, before I gave up and went with the least disappointing of the six other interior designers whom I spoke to before meeting James. In the end James gave me a delightful flat to live in, which I am forever deeply grateful for. The workmanship is top-notch with military-grade attention to detail; demolition, carpentry, tiling, plumbing and painting was all done with amazing efficiency; James also patiently spent massive amount of time educating me about the basics of renovation, given this was my first time doing it. The project was completed [almost] on time (2-week delay amidst severe post-covid labour shortage) and on budget (amidst skyrocketing raw material and labour costs). We did encounter a handful of problems/mistakes during the process (as with almost all the other renovation projects; there are a million things to juggle after all), but James always swiftly and responsibly rectified each and every one of these – sometime found working with workers until past midnight. It has been almost one year and everything is still looking / functioning as new. I would recommend James Lim unreservedly. He is dependable, professional and, most importantly, humble. He really puts his heart and mind on the work that he does, treating every house as his own.
