S	Sera Wee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eyelash perming was lousy. I declined upgrading to using the silicone rod for $28 and i suspect the therapist (Joey) wanted to make me regret my decision. My eyelashes turned out messy and curling in all directions. Regretted my decision to even step into this salon.

She figured where all I have knotted muscles and worked on them so well.. Will soon be going back for other services too..

However, the extraction service wasn’t done thoroughly (could still see some squeezable acne right aft the treatment), tho my appt is for acne treatment, but not much time was spent the the extraction. Hence I assume they left some uncleared so that I have to pay a visit agn soon. There wasn’t hard-selling but u may hear them talking about the product 3-4 times which is acceptable for me. Overall, the environment was comfy, massager was friendly, wasn’t much hard-selling, it’s just the extraction part. If they did it more thoroughly, it will surely be more trustable for the customers to revisit their stores.
E	Elicia Yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celine was very professional, always telling me what she was doing throughout the facial, telling me why certain parts of my face had whiteheads/pimples and telling me how to take care of those areas. We also chatted during the whole session and I was not uncomfortable, she constantly asked me if i was okay, if the aircon was too cold and even covered me with a towel haha. I actually bought the Fave voucher to just try and wasnt planning to sign a package. she didnt hard sell me, only told me once to let me know. Since it was a pleasant experience i decided to sign a package.

The masseur Celine is friendly and professional, offered me to try on "gua sha" after she noticed I have tense shoulder and back. My back n shoulder ache was so much better after. The shop is clean and ambience was nice. No hard selling as well.

The first experience was pleasant and eventually I signed a package with them. She did not hardsell at all ? I am fully convinced by her massage and also the experiences she shared with me. Which makes me feel that I will definitely be in her good hands and achieve what I want ? Most importanly, I think diva spa prices are pretty affordable and decent! Have been there for 4 times and so far it has been good!
