β β β β β Receptionist took 20 mins to take in the details and we had to wait for 1 and a half hour for my consultation. And then for medicine and MC the receptionist again took half an hour. And then during payment only cash was getting asked. No prior indication that only cash will be accepted here or anything like that. When asked for any other options like paylah or any digital payment mode, she got rude and kept on repeating "go and get the cash".. Pathetic service. No recommendation from my end..

β β β β β Doctor Si is the only good thing about this clinic. Receptionist is horrible. Had to spend 2.5 hours in clinic when I wasn't in a condition to sit. The wait made me more sick than my health! Plus they do not accept card or pay lah! It should have been written in block letters outside the clinic that person having cash only can enter!
Horrible experience. Had to give one star because that's the minimum I am allowed to rate.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

β β β β β Dr Si is *the* nicest and gentlest GP I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. She sets the benchmark really high for what it means to be a doctor who actually cares.
She's thoughtful and patient, never rushes you through the consult and will give good advice e.g. what tea you can make to calm the tummy, what exercises to do for that stretched muscle (and actually demonstrates how to do it) and etc.
My family has been seeing her for years and if she ever retires, I'm not sure we'll ever be able to find a doctor that's as good-hearted and as kind as Dr Si.

β β β β β Dr. Si is amazing. She is gentle and caring and really takes time to explain things to you. She takes time with every patient which is why the waiting times can be long, but personally I feel the wait is always worth it.
