DJI Flagship Store - VivoCity

Fantastic service by Vincent and Dino Wong. Both very patient and extremely knowledgeable on DJI products. They also do repairs, but please fly carefully and don't give these guys a headache - they have too many customers to serve in-store already!

Reeve is very nice to introduce the different product that suit your needs. I have asked him a few questions on the various product and it is all well answered. Thank you and it have been awhile since I've met someone sincere and well verse on the products that you have. Great service and I may return for another product!

This product was out of stock for a while. Luckily, i found this store online and Dino was very helpful all the way. I got my item quiet fast after they have re-stocked. Thanks for your great service. I have yet to try the product. Hopefully it works well for me :)

Visit this shop on 3 Jul and Dino attend to me. He told me Mini 3 Pro RC do have stock but told me not to buy. I was surprise he trying all he can to talk bad about Mini 3 Pro... said cannot fly far, over weight that need license to fly, drone not stable under strong wind and even demo by flying Mini 3 Pro under this shop aircon duct to let me see in order to convince me. Then he recommend me to take Mini 2 or Air 2S, told me Mini 2 no issue on weight and Air 2S is perform better than Mini 3 Pro, telling me all positive side of this 2 model but negative on Mini 3 Pro. Lastly, I did convince by him to do more research about negative side on Mini 3 Pro before buying. I looking he is trying to clear the older model of Mini 2 and Air 2S then Mini 3 Pro now selling like hot cake... yesterday I call their shop and was told no stock, at least got to wait a month... now Mini 3 Pro is out of stock again everywhere in Singapore.

Impeccable services received from both Reeve and Vincent! On our first visit, my husband and I decided to purchase the mini 2 as the demonstration and tips given by Vincent was great. On our second visit, we were served by Reeve and we were glad to receive same top-notched services. Reeve was willing to share more flying tips and was really patient with us. We had issue connecting the drone to the remote controller (user’s problem) after our visit and he was kind enough to video call us to solve the problem. Highly recommend potential buyers to come to VivoCity flagship store for a fun and pleasant experience!

This is honestly a store with an amazing service. I am contacting them from Indonesia amd messaged them through here yet the response was fast and thorough. I was getting DJI RC Pro, and asked them if they can have it delivered to the hotel where my friend was staying in Singapore. Without any hesitation, they offered and they managed to deliver it to my friend, and they contacted my friend themselves, and gave it to my friend and my friend paid by cash. I'm still very impressed honestly, that it was so easy. And for the helpful service by Dino Wong as I understood, the person who had been replying my inquiries. This is my first time doing business with them, but I know for sure you will be satisfied doing business with them. Thank you again for the great service.

I had a very enjoyable time at the DJI flagship store. As a completely new beginner, I found Reeve very trustworthy. He did not try to sell me anything but took great pains to explain the pros and cons of each model.He was focused on my needs as a customer and even advised me against buying an SD card far bigger than what he felt I would need, His colleague Dino was also helpful. I placed an order to buy and when my drone arrived, Dino helped me with my collection. In all, it was a very pleasant experience. I signed up for the drone flying session and I learnt a lot of stuff from the practical session that I wouldn't have from just watching YouTube tutorials. I recommend it and Vincent is a very good instructor.
