Shake Shack VivoCity - #01-163/164 Shake Shack VivoCity

Been here twice - once was dine in and the second was takeaway (Grab promo 25%). Food is consistent if anything else. It could be personal preference but I felt they could have been more generous with the Smokey sauce, the beef patties a tad dry. Overall satisfied. Will come again.

The food was delicious but expensive. The shake shack burger which has some tomato slices, lettuce and cheese was $9.70. The hamburger at $7.90 was a sad looking thing with only patty & bun. The brownie custard was $7.50. The burger was very juicy and flavors were good. Everything meshed well together. The bun was soft and fluffy. The portion isn’t very big considering this is American. It’s more like Japanese petite size burger. So for the price it’s not so value for money. The brownie custard was nice with some brownie chunks and dark chocolate. The frozen custard was creamy and thick texture as compared to soft serve ice cream. On the whole it tasted good. But they shouldn’t be charging any service charge on this because there’s no service. The tables were dirty. Nobody wiped them. Even though people cleared their trays but the tables were dirty. The floor was wet something dripping out of the counter. The trash area was dirty with tomato sauce etc and not promptly cleaned off. The staff at the counter had really bad attitude. They were gruff and generally ignored customers. Minus stars for bad service. Although the food is nice, I had a mediocre experience at this outlet. And I won’t come back to this branch. It’s really pricey too. Just a burger and dessert was $16. Not even a meal.

Really enjoy the burger here, top quality and tasty. The Pandan milk shake is Singapore signature menus, but it really too much sweet.

Love this Shake Shack branch as it overlooks out to the waters and has an open-air area to dine that's actually very cool temperature wise in the evenings. Singapore's sambal mayo is a good addition to the menu, adding that local uniqueness of flavour to the burger options. Shake Shack's beef patties are just oh-so-yummy! I always make it a point to order a double patty so as to indulge!

Shake Shack is a great place to eat in when you are pressed for time and want a quick and tasty snack. We were in need of a pick-me-up while doing the rounds in VivoCity. Shopping on a warm, sunny day can be quite exhausting you know? So, we had the SmokeShack which is a cheeseburger topped with applewood smoked bacon, chopped cherry pepper and shake sauce. Add to that, an icy Caramel Shake and we were fully restored to continue with our day's shopping!

Burger with a view. The front of store is small relative to the dinning space at the back and seating outside! Thought very nice that I saw cleaner not only cleaning table and taking trash out, she was also arranging the tables from two tables that were put together for a big family to two separate tables so more pp could sit. No one to take order. Everything automated with computer self check.

Been here recently and it was my first time trying their burgers. There were kiosks to self order, and while going through the menu I realised they've limited options in non-alcoholic beverages. Their shroom burger was tasty, every bite had good amount of cheese. Even their bread (made of potato) added to the taste. Finally shake attack (called custard but really an ice cream) was delicious. It includes bits of chocolate adding crunch. Quantity given was good too.

Burger is quite delicious, and the fried also good. The milkshakes are way too sweet. Like the outdoor seating The wash hand machine is convenient and fantastic, soap water, clean water and napkin all automatically.
