โ โ โ โ โ Been here ample of times both with and without promotion.
Area is Smaller and simpler than the one in suntec.
Staffs are mostly not so engaged in general.
One time, one of the staffs is not so knowledgeable about the terms and condition of their on going promotion yet insisted on what she believe is right.
Asked for her superior, she explained to her staff and later on was settled.
Decent dining area for parents and guardian to stay.
No toilet. But one is available outside. Close enough.
I find the price of 25$ expensive considering the facility is a little worn out.
Overall ok. Could be better.

โ โ โ โ โ Perfect activity to drain the energy of kids and let parents recharge after a busy day shopping! Big enough to keep them entertain for a few hours. The play area was clean and well maintained. Only thing was the drinks are very expensive, best to bring your own water.

However overall playspace is pretty small for 2h session.

โ โ โ โ โ My kids had a blast there. Although the price a little pricey. They thoroughly enjoyed the 2hrs there. At the end of the session they were begging me to come again if there's ever any opportunity to.

โ โ โ โ โ Terribly overpriced! It costs $20 per child on a weekday and they even charge $10 per accompanying adult. Playground is small and layout is divided into 2 parts. It confused my kid to get to the other side of the playground, layout could definitely be improved to enhance their experience.
One nice thing about the playground is that they close to sanitize. So, note that your $20 per child only limits them to play for a maximum of 2h. And if you come late you still pay the full $20 per child. My kid seemed to have fun but I will not be taking him back, just cause it is a lot for 2 hours of play. Other more reasonably priced places out there.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are very friendly here. The new renovated play area is so much more fun and safe for the kids to play around as the playground is separated to below 3 and above 3. Also their cleanliness ?

โ โ โ โ โ Place is small and crowded although they already limit the number of pax per session. Not much to play, a couple of slides and ball pools, a merry go round a shooting arena and that's about it. 2 hours play is more than enough with limited facilities. Cafe is alright which took up half of the area, with quite a number of tibits to choose from. For hot stuff they got those ready to eat pizza which need to be heated. Prices are acceptable, although expected to be higher than outside. Overall experience is ok, but won't be going again as there is really limited game play for the young ones.

โ โ โ โ โ A very nice and clean indoor playground for kids. The staff are friendly too. There are no blind spots so parents (who want to take the opportunity to rest) will have a great birds eye view of their children playing. Highly recommended for kids aged 5 and below.
