A	Aison George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended as delivery not meeting expectation. Company policy to deliver in 30mins but ask to wait 2hr to get it. NEVER EVER USE GRAB to order as dominis customer service ask for bank details to refund which is not a safer way . Always go with grab cuatomer care to cancel or refund as domino's customer service not stationed in singapore .
A	Amber Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order via Grabfood app and the waiting time they stated was 1.5hour, but it still didnt came after the expected time. Made a phone call to Domino's customer service and waited for another 20mins, finally the call got picked up and I was told that the branch has alot orders and they are lacking of manpower to deliver the pizzas. Can't even cancel my order via Grab app and only can do so by the Domino's customer service. Was asked for my bank account details and other personal details which I honestly don't feel comfortable about it but there's no other choices given. Not sure why we are not able to cancel in the app but only through their customer service. Then I realized they probably want to save some reputation because I received the Grab receipt that they had delivered my order, BUT ACTUALLY ITS CANCELLED. WHAT A SCAM. Do not order from Dominos.

My food was late by a few HOURS and could not reach customer support service after being on the phone for 30 mins. I would sincerely suggest to replace the current staff to people who actually care about their job as this lack of care is clearly affecting the business. I as well as many others will not want to patronize dominos pizza when our food is consistently late. There are many other pizza alternatives that actually hire staff who care and help their business

I used the Grab app to order the food, and was expected to wait 1 hour which i took the risk to order and after waiting 1 hour and 15mins, i decided to call the Domino’s customer service and was told to wait another 40mins from the call !!!! Is this fast food or slow food ? Domino’s pls wake up your idea ! You will fall like Dominos if this kind of service goes on !! Nobody waits 2 hour for a pizza delivery, this is Singapore not USA…i could have walked to your outlet and bought a pizza within an hour. Please avoid ordering from this branch at all cost !

That’s completely different from the food not being prepared, which confirms the 1.5-2.0hour wait is simply a placeholder comment and they have no idea what is going on Why do you even run this business?
