One of the best pizza shop in the Bedok area. The staff are very responsive and friendly.

Standards have really dropped, not sure if this persists only at the bedok outlet but u can see that only half the slice has toppings. The rest is just dough. Probably wont order from dominos anymore.

We placed orders online for self pick up at 6.05pm and were told that it would be ready in 45min. We watched the tracker for 1+ hours and headed to the store when its status was ready for pick up. Upon arrival we were told that we had to wait another 20-30min because the tracker is “inaccurate, and automatically switched to ready in 30min”. I was also told that i am not the only person who ordered at 630pm and must continue to wait until the orders were ready. A huge queue is formed outside the store meanwhile as people await their pizzas which are never ready. After waiting 20min outside, we notice that there is a big bag of ready made pizza sitting on the counter which nobody has claimed. The staff had gone into the back and nobody is manning the counter. We go inside wanting to check if that might be our order but have to wait 5min at the counter to be served as all the staff has disappeared. My dad has to raise his voice to call for someone to serve us before a staff reluctantly comes forward. The staff then discovers that the order that has been sitting for 15min is ours, while we had spent the same time standing outside wondering if our order was still being cooked. Thanks for ruining our family gathering. Please fix your misleading trackers and do not promise that your food will be ready in 45min if it isnt ready after 2h. Please also train your staff so that they know how to do service recovery properly rather than to hide away from the counter.

Went to store and incorrect promo there. Expected onion ring but the staff said promo from Nov and it is more that 3 weeks they didn't bother to remove old promo advertising

U can get your delicious pizza in 10-20mins (depending on peak hours or not) and enjoy *dining-in here!*. However, theres only 2 tables and 4 chairs so party here isnt possible.

Ordered at 5pm, asked to deliver by 6pm... pizza showed up 5:40pm. Smooth online transaction, very impressed with the web interface. Bought 2 XL pizza for $44 deal, top up $7 and $9 respectively for premium upgrade to Extravaganza and Meatasaurus. Both pizza were spot on. Great flavour and excellent thin crust. Meatasaurus a little on the sweet side though. Prefer Extravaganza.

Love love dominos pizza. Great price point. Fast service. I usually order take away and they always serve my pizza up on time. The staff are also very friendly.

Used the SSGL code for one large pizza and one big bottle of soft drink at $17.90, take note some pizza have surcharge. Takeaway order was ready in 15 min. Staff was friendly. Overall good experience. The thin crust is really thin and crispy. Try the New York crust if you don't want your crust to be too thin. Worth to buy only if you've good coupon codes to use.
