Highly recommended. Traditional noodles with nostalgic taste. Cheap and good. Expect queue

Had the Mee pok dry $3SGD. Noodle was nicely cooked. They are generous with the ingredient. Sauce was alright but nothing special. They also serve laksa which looks pretty good, might give it a try the next time round.

This is my “go to” place for mee tai muck (Chinese: Lao Shu fen). I count it as having one of the best in Singapore. The Mee tai muck is smooth and slides in your mouth (some stalls over cooked it and it sticks together). The chilli and sauce is well balanced and the ingredients is generous. Located at the market near to POSB bank. A short walk from the Bedok central.

TLDR: decent fishball bak chor mee for $3.50 Firstly I waited about 20mins for this during the lunch hour. So waiting time will caries. Their price range is really huge. From $3, $3.50, $4, $4.50 then $5. I ordered the $3.50 portion. The ingredients given were quite generous. Not many place will give u lean meat, fish cake, fish ball, meat ball and the fishy dumpling thingy. The taste to me is a bit under flavour. They could increase the saltiness abit. There’s pork lard but it was not really rich in fragrance. To note, mine was cooked by the Aunty. Uncle was on the phone, may be there will be a difference if cooked by him. Overall for the price and flavour it is quite satisfying. There are many lousy Teochew mee out there. You can definitely try this.
