Update : Came by on Day 2 to get some quick bites for a simple dinner, eggs were really awesome!

We randomly tried 2 of their bentos. They dont just look appealing, they tasted good too! Alot of the cooked food are served in the morning, u can see the food preparation and be the first few to select if you are early :)))

And the Atlantic Salmon skin for cheap

β β β β β The Japanese mayonnaise is $5.90 here, whereas in NTUC it costs $7.20!
I also like the beef Shabu Shabu, so fresh and tender! As they charge for plastic bags, I bring your own cooler bag and ice packs

β β β β β Read about the Swiss roll (or is it called cake roll there?) recently.
Even though I ate some the next day and balance 3 days later, I'm surprised how airy the cake is. Had strawberry flavour and found the light flavour in the cake pleasing. The cream has a better flavour and mildly sweet, good balance. Love it.
Wasn't expecting to see Sashimi but it caught my attention as I stroll past it. Decide to get salmon belly. The down side is, the condiments were placed under the Sashimi, means you need to flip over to get it out. Also, too little Wasabi. Other than that, it was fresh, flavourful and satisfied the craving.

β β β β β Need to pay for plastic bag. Used to have ice pack for customers outside counter for keeping cold food fresh. Now keeping in the casher and even u bought many sushi and sashimi also give 2 to 3 pack only, how to keep food fresh for long distances ??? No more friendly Japanese style service!! Disappointed

β β β β β Japan grocery always good to visit! Want all here, a lot of discount, they charge for plastic bag. Dont forget bring your own shopping bag (good for world also) hehe. U can get anything here. Food, make up, vegetables, ice cream, snack, etc.
