It's a test I went, but do not have a fresh feeling when walkout. The beautician didn't even perform the skill a beautician should do. If just based on product there are many better than Donna. What makes the diff is the hands and patient of the beautician.

Purchased a coupon during the roadshow. Finally got to utilise it. Usually will be stressed out by the therapist as they will talk about the facial package from the beginning of the facial till the end. Unbelievable that the therapist Jeslyn didn't mention anything throughout the facial. She only share about the package at the end of the facial, no hard sell and not pushy. Will visit again. ?

Different standards depending on the person assigned to attend to you. But I must say all are experienced and very friendly.

It was 5 star long ago when I sign up the massage package. Massage lady quit, n I frequent less often, she was not pushy with skill, but that was the past . Others all very pushy. I changed to another outlet at jurong imm after. One day They suddenly say they no long provide the relaxing massage service (which I signed package for). N I need to change to their other type of massage, which I need to use 2 sessions of my package (2hrs) to change to 1 session of that (1hr). Meaning a different named massage cost me twice N no other choice, lucky package ending. (seriously it's very lame cos even if u did stop a certain service but buyer signed package, but u are still operating then just allow staff to do the signed service. I think they just wanna earn ur money. Doing 1hr massage n asked u used 2hrs session. ) So whoever read this do note donna beauty, la vida, nailz haus are the same boss. So if u thinking of signing a package, be prepared that they will find ways to 'chop' you.

Poor service and attitude! It was really good when I signed the package during few years ago. But now they no more provided full body massage and the masseur don't even know how to massage!! Be reminded don't sign any package from them.
