N20 Nail Spa salon @ Westgate Mall

Not professional and hidden costs. Charges customer before informing. Do not recommend. Update : 3 days later , more than half of my gel mani flipped. It comes with a free soak off, but I am DEFINITELY NOT returning just for that, for fear of their never ending pushy packages, upgrades and add ons. I would rather pay at other salon to get this lousy work off my hands.

Please do not go here for your membership services. All the staff care about is to sell you packages. I have been a member and they hard sell me every time I am using up my package. I bought for a balance of 10 and I only used up 2 times and they straight away hard sell me. They misled me by letting me think that I only have to top up to 10 but instead they charged me for 10 more. So now I have 18 gel manicure balance. Please do not go here. As customers, I feel that we should feel good for spending money but instead I felt stressed every time I go here because all they did is push and push and push. I hate this place. Not coming back again. This was not the first time they hard sell me things. Every time I go for gel manicure, they kept asking me to top up and buy more packages. When I said no, their attitudes changed and their service became lackluster. I am going to spread word on social media how bad this place is.

Went here for an organic herbal scalp treatment. Unexpectedly, the staff was knowledgeable, attentive and skillful. She used a tool to scrub my scalp instead of fingernails like many other salons. She noticed my scalp was sensitive and used cold water without needing me to tell her. I took off my mask strings so it won't get wet and she noticed it. She made an effort to not wet my ears. As a nail salon, I've been here and it's subpar. But the hair specialist was unexpectedly much better than many other salons I've been to.

Would recommend Crystal and Kim who have done my manicure and pedicure. Love their services.

thank you so much ivy & lynn for your professional services. i had really dry hands and feet. my new pedi n mani made my hands and feet looked 5 years younger! both of you did amazing to beautifying and restoring them. ivy & lynn, both are so pleasant to hang-out and are skilful in resolving ingrown and other issues. it was such a pleasure. i will definitely come back! regards, nicole

When doing sales, u let out all the sweet words. After sales & went to wash off, tell me to make appt. That is not what is promised when doing sales. Say anytime u can come down, no appt required.Told them i make a deliberate trip but they refused. Wash off nails... time can be plan, right? First very bad service encountered when doing nails before CNY. Gel start chipping off within a week. Everything also rushing... no more buying package from them anymore.... Edit Reply: Your staff told me to wait for 1.5 hr & see if they can soak off . To see if they can soak off means they might not have time even after 1.5 hr. Why wait for 1.5hr where u cannot even confirm? The staff who told me to book the appt even pull away a staff who tried to explain me nicely. Then she just walk away with a black face leaving me at the counter staring after her. I knw the staff is tired, we r also tired after a day's work after more than 12hrs at work. Above pic is after 3 weeks as need to soak off to attend a important morn event but unable to due to ur staff inflexibilty. Sometimes our work does not give us the time or flexibilty to BOOK an appt to soak off.

Walk in impromptu. Accommodated my appointment- which is good. Less than 24 hr the gel manicure chip off as pic shown which I think it is not of quality . Price is expensive .as usual staff would ask to sign package which I normally dont want to because of history’s of business defaults and being committed to it

Overall satisfied! I utilised my fave voucher where reservation was smooth and swift. Ivy and Pham were really friendly and approachable. Although I had ingrown nails, they took care of it nicely and carefully. I requested for matt coating at the start, however, after seeing the shade of colour I chose, they recommended that it isn’t necessary as there won’t be much difference, saving me the extra bucks☺️ Thank you for your service!
