★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon, staff and skill may be fine but I am not impressed with disingenuous offers. If you sell a customer a package of two(of anything), then the customer does not expect to have to pay an additional fee on their return for the second part of the offer! I won't be back - hidden charges are akin to lying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very UPSET with the management. I made an appointment for facial for both me and my husband. We both are working, somehow figured the time, moved all our meetings for our facial. Went there. And they said they haven't marked the appointment. I was surprised. I showed them the appointment. I showed them the messages. Both - the messages that I had typed asking for an appointment which was with details ( name, number, service, date, time, location ) and their message stating that the appointment is confirmed. I traveled an hour to go all the way and they said they haven't marked the appointment. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT????? I would give them 0 stars, but google doesn't let me do that. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The manager Tynn also rendered great customer services, always friendly and prompt in making appointments. Overall, I received professional services and would recommend Donna Beauty!
